Pragati Path is a professional beauty training academy dedicated to providing comprehensive education in eyelash extensions, nail art, and related beauty services. We operate in partnership with Nuevo Care as our educational partner.

3. Course Enrollment and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll
Students under 18 must have parental consent
Prerequisites may apply for advanced courses

3.2 Registration Process

Complete application form with accurate information
Submit required documentation
Pay applicable fees and deposits
Receive confirmation of enrollment

4. Course Fees and Payment Terms

4.1 Fee Structure

Course fees are clearly stated at the time of enrollment
Additional costs for materials and kits are specified separately
Fees are subject to change with advance notice

4.2 Payment Policies

Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule
Late payment fees may apply
Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, and approved payment platforms

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Student Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing
Refunds are processed according to the timeline of cancellation:
Before course commencement: 90% refund (10% administrative fee)
Within first week: 75% refund
After first week: 50% refund
After 25% course completion: No refund

5.2 Academy Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided or alternative arrangements offered.

6. Course Attendance and Conduct

6.1 Attendance Requirements

Minimum 80% attendance required for certification
Punctuality is expected and monitored
Make-up sessions may be available for excused absences

6.2 Student Conduct

Professional behavior expected at all times
Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students
Adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards
No discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior

7. Certification and Completion

Certificates awarded upon successful completion of course requirements
Assessment criteria clearly defined for each course
Certificates are issued by Pragati Path in partnership with Nuevo Care
Additional certification from recognized bodies may be available

8. Materials and Equipment

Course materials and kits provided as specified in course description
Students responsible for personal protective equipment
Academy equipment must be used responsibly and returned in good condition
Damage or loss of equipment may result in replacement charges

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and consent to receive notifications and promotional communications from us through various channels, including but not limited to email, mobile push notifications, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), WhatsApp, or any other digital communication platforms.

All course materials, techniques, and content are proprietary to Pragati Path
Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize course materials

The Academy is not liable for:

Personal injuries during practical sessions
Allergic reactions to products used in training
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Career outcomes or employment opportunities

10.2 Student Responsibilities

Students practice at their own risk
Disclosure of medical conditions and allergies required
Personal insurance coverage recommended
